Shipping ...

Please allow 7-14 days for shipping once payment has cleared. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service and require a signature. We do our best to make sure our stock is up to date. If for some reason your item is backordered or not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we cannot satisfy you when an item is not available, then we will issue your card a full refund (assuming the item has not been shipped).

If you sent a check or money order, your item will not be shipped until the payment has cleared our bank.

If you need an item delivered before 14 days, please contact us before purchasing!

We are not responsible for Acts of God. That is: Postal problems, snow, terrorism, or any issue that is beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges ...

WE ONLY ALLOW EXCHANGES. Full refunds will not be available. Any item may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt at the expense of the purchasor. We must have your exchange at our store within 14 days from the time you received it. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you.

If the item is damaged, stained, soiled, washed, or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.  We do not accept exchanges on hosiery or special and customized orders. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be credited.

Gifts purchased between November 1st and December 25th have until January 10th to return the product for exchange. Once gain, please make sure the item you are returning is not damaged, soiled, washed, or the tags removed. We must be able to re-sell your exchange or we will not exchange the product.
